    Instructor Profile

Below is a form to fill out to add your profile to our instructor list.  We want our students to get to know you before they sign up for a class.  We will edit your words, but we will not change them.  Thus, have fun with this and give it some real effort.

The Picture of Self is the only picture that is required.  But we would appreciate if you would consider uploading a few other pics.

If you add a website link we will include this for the public to visit your site.  Any correspondence will occur through our website system.
Please list all the subjects, books, movies, and other interesting facts about yourself. Students look to relate to their instructor and sometimes finding out what an instructs favorite movie is goes a long way to build bonds. You can make a list or with a short summary or even take us on a journey using a short story.
While not this section is not required we do ask for your participation. Please take a moment to reflect on your core beliefs about learning and teaching. In other words, what do you believe is the best way to inspire learning and comprehension in your students.
Please tell us the 3-minute versions of your life. Begin with place of birth and end with current city of residence. Discuss the motivations behind your interest in craft. Get creative with this and let your students get to known your humanity and humor through your writing.
    Max file size: 20MB
Photo of Self should be a close-up with a smile or friendly face. Please reduce the file size if over 20mb - use the following site: https://www.img2go.com/compress-image
