My Philosophy...
 My teaching philosophy is based on demonstrations, one-on-one instruction and conversation. I like to cater toward the needs of each individual student with loads of encouragement.

My Story...​ 
 My name is Jackie Weddell, also known as Jackie Blue! I am currently living in Ann Arbor after graduating from Bard College with a bachelor's degree in studio art. It is my goal in life to maintain a vocation of creating and installing the art I create as well as teaching at a higher educational level on the side. I grew up in Ann Arbor and love this city but I am planning on moving to the east coast come fall. I am very excited to be teaching at the Michigan Folk School and I hope that you come join a crocheting class with me!
