    If you have a folk skill or craft and you're interested in becoming an instructor at The Michigan Folk School, please fill out the following introductory information.  Please attach any photos you have that will help us understand your work and philosophy.  Such pics could include your workspace, finished items, past workshops, etc.  

    Prompts: -What two words do you feel are best used to describe your personality? What is your philosophy of teaching? Name a professional goal that you set and achieved.
    How long have your been involved in this medium? What is your favorite part about working in this craft?
    BEGINNER: -no experience required INTERMEDIATE: -previous experience required, or -previous RELATED experienced required ADVANCED: -mastery level experience required

    The classes can be classes that are already on the schedule or taught in the past. Or, you can add a name of a course you wish to teach that is not yet available at MFS.
