Short Bio
I grew up on a Lapeer County farm and have lived in Michigan north to south. As a lifelong do-it-yourselfer, woodworker, and venturer in the world, I became interested in woodcuts (woodblock prints), a retirement obsession that has now taken me across the country and around world. I may be old, but I still want to experience life in whatever ways I can and do things that matter! That shows up in what I so with this simple and ancient art. The second bedroom of my Ann Arbor apartment is my studio where many mornings I stand at my bench and my printing press to see what I can do!
